Each Diamond Gift Certificate (DGC) is worth 30 minutes of massage therapy. DGCs may be combined to book longer sessions: 60-min = 2 DGC, 90-min = 3 DGC, 120-min = 4 DGC.
DGCs are redeemable only with Vitaliteit Massage (Kodi Christian, LMT). They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another therapist or business, or applied to GrapeVine Therapy Program member-rate sessions.
Full-price packs include gratuity for your therapist — no additional tip is expected at the time of service.
Discounted packs (21% off) do not include gratuity. Tips now count as write-offs for services like this — tipping is appreciated.
Redemption order — first in, first out (FIFO): DGCs are consumed from the oldest pack first, regardless of pack type. This applies the terms of service in effect at the time each pack was purchased and retires older versions of these terms sooner.
Gratuity credits: When you purchase a full-price pack, you earn 1 Gratuity Credit for every 2 full-price DGCs purchased (e.g. a 6-DGC full-price pack grants 3 credits, a 12-DGC pack grants 6 credits). Gratuity Credits are tracked separately from DGCs and can be redeemed at your discretion to waive the customary tip on a future session that's being paid for with a discounted-pack DGC — effectively carrying the gratuity portion of your full-price purchase forward. Gratuity Credits do not expire, are non-refundable, and are not transferable between clients. Backfill is not retroactive — only full-price pack purchases made on or after May 21, 2026 earn Gratuity Credits.

Cancellations or reschedules made with 72 or more hours of notice are free of charge. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours notice will result in 1 DGC being deducted from your balance as compensation to your therapist for the held time slot.
Check-in is required at every session. Check in upon arrival at vitaliteitinfo.com/checkin using your email or Client ID. If you do not check in within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment is automatically marked as a no-show and 1 DGC is deducted from your balance. Arriving late does not extend your session.
In-home and office visits are available with Kodi by arrangement. A travel charge of approximately $30 applies depending on distance from West Jordan; the exact amount is confirmed before the appointment. Travel sessions are billed in addition to standard DGC redemption — the DGCs are still counted against your balance per Section 1.
DGC prices increase by 1.5% each year to keep pace with the GrapeVine Therapy Program rate schedule. The next adjustment is effective April 2027 and applies to new pack purchases only — DGCs already in your account are honored at full 30-minute value regardless of when they were purchased.
DGCs do not expire. They remain in your account until used, transferred (gift), or forfeited under Section 3.
Pack purchases are non-refundable once any DGC in the pack has been redeemed. Unredeemed packs may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, less any PayPal processing fees.
DGC packs may be purchased as a gift. Gifted DGCs are credited to the recipient's account once they enter the one-time claim code sent in their gift email and complete a brief client profile.
If the gift has not been claimed within 30 days of purchase, the purchaser will be notified by email and may choose to (a) receive a refund of the gift purchase (within 60 days of purchase, less any PayPal processing fees) or (b) transfer the DGC pack to their own account. By purchasing a gift, the purchaser acknowledges this 30-day notification policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for: sexual advances, inappropriate language or behavior, rudeness, intoxication, poor hygiene, or failure to pay. Forfeited DGCs are non-recoverable in such cases.
By purchasing or claiming a DGC pack you consent to receive emails from Vitaliteit Massage regarding scheduling, balance updates, and account access.
