What a Holder Credit Is

A Holder Credit is a pre-purchased credit equal in value to the $20 late-booking reservation fee at Vitaliteit Massage. One credit waives one reservation fee.

The reservation fee and the Holder Credit are the same thing: the credit is just the pre-paid form of the fee. Buying a multi-credit pack (e.g. the Holder Credit 3-Pack) lowers the average cost per credit, but each individual credit is still worth one $20 reservation fee when redeemed.

When the Reservation Fee Applies

A reservation fee of $20 is required for any booking made within 72 hours of the session start time. This applies regardless of payment type — full-price, Diamond Gift Certificate, Membership, Groupon, or any other.

At the time of booking inside the 72-hour window, the client must either:

The reservation fee is in addition to the normal session payment — it does not replace it. The session itself is still paid for separately (full price, DGC, Membership cover charge, Groupon voucher, etc.).

If a client cannot or does not want to pay the fee or redeem a credit, the booking cannot be completed online. Contact Vitaliteit Massage directly to discuss options.

Reschedules Into the 72-Hour Window

If an existing appointment is rescheduled from outside the 72-hour window into the 72-hour window, the reservation fee applies to the new time. The fee is collected the same way as a new booking — either by redeeming a Holder Credit or paying $20.

Reschedules that stay outside the 72-hour window, or that stay within the 72-hour window (i.e. were already late and are just being moved), do not trigger an additional fee — but standard cancellation/forfeit policies still apply to DGC and Membership sessions.

Public Holder Sessions

"Public holder" sessions are time slots set aside in the schedule that any eligible client can claim. Claiming a public holder works the same way as any other booking — the reservation fee applies if claimed within the 72-hour window.

Purchase Terms

Gifting & Transfers

Holder Credits may be gifted at the time of purchase. At checkout, toggle "This purchase is a gift" and enter the recipient's email; the recipient will receive a 6-digit claim code by email and can redeem the credits on their own account at vitaliteitinfo.com/claim.

Gifted credits do not expire and remain pending until claimed. Once claimed, the credit follows the new account and the original purchaser no longer has any claim to it.

Redemption

Cancellations & No-Shows

Once a reservation fee has been paid or a Holder Credit has been redeemed for a booking, the fee/credit follows an all-or-nothing forfeit policy:

This reflects the value of holding a guaranteed time slot for you. Standard cancellation policies for the underlying session payment (DGC, Membership cover charge, etc.) apply separately.

Discounts & Bundles

The Holder Credit 3-Pack pricing reflects a multi-unit discount applied at the time of purchase. Bundle pricing is not separately refundable on a per-credit basis.

Pricing & Inflation

Holder Credit prices and the late-booking reservation fee increase by 1.5% each year to keep pace with the GrapeVine Therapy Program rate schedule. The next adjustment is effective April 2027 and applies to new purchases and new bookings only — credits already on your account are honored at their original 1-reservation value regardless of when they were purchased.

Changes to These Terms

Vitaliteit Massage may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your credits. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
