Purchase of a GVT membership grants you a 12-month discounted rate of $54.99 per 60-minute session with any actively contracted Grapevine Therapy Program massage therapist. Sessions are limited to 60 minutes; longer sessions are arranged directly with your therapist at their own rates.
The annual membership fee is $27.99 and increases by 1.5% each year. The next rate, effective April 2027, will be $28.40. Session pricing also increases at the same 1.5% annual rate — from April 2027, the session rate will be $55.81.
Banking memberships: You may purchase up to 5 years of membership in a single transaction to lock in the current $27.99/year rate against future annual increases. Each additional year extends your membership expiration by 12 months from your current expiry. Banked years are non-refundable but are transferable (see Section 8).
Signing up during a booking: If you sign up for membership as part of booking your first session (instead of through the standalone signup page), your 12-month membership window activates on the day of your first attended session — not the booking date — so you get the full year from when you first benefit.
All booking is managed online at this site. You may also book via text (preferred) or voicemail.
A refundable $14.99 cover charge is required at booking and is deducted from your session total — you pay the remaining $40.00 directly to your therapist after your session.
From April 2027, the cover charge increases to $15.21, with the session balance becoming $40.60. All payments are made via PayPal.
Cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours notice to receive a full refund of your cover charge. With less than 72 hours notice — or if you do not show — the cover charge is passed to your scheduled therapist and 1 cover charge credit is deducted from your account balance.
Check-in is required at every session. Check in upon arrival at vitaliteitinfo.com/checkin using your email or Client ID. If you do not check in within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment is automatically marked as a no-show.
A no-show is recorded 15 minutes after your session start time. Arriving late does not extend your session.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations will not result in a ban, but may place you on the Stringent Booking List, requiring text/SMS-only booking and full payment upfront (50% refund with less than 72 hours notice; full refund with more than 72 hours notice).
We and our massage therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for: sexual advances, inappropriate language or behavior, rudeness, intoxication, poor hygiene, or failure to pay.
Violations may result in a temporary suspension, police contact, or permanent termination of your membership agreement.
The Grapevine Therapy Program is operated by Vitaliteit Massage (Kodi Christian). Our contracted therapists work from their own locations. Before each appointment we provide location details, parking, and building entry instructions.
Therapists may share their business information and offer session upgrades, but will not advertise services during your session unless you ask.
Home and office visits are offered at each therapist's discretion. When available, a travel charge of approximately $30 applies depending on distance; the exact amount is confirmed before the appointment and is billed in addition to the member session rate. Not all contracted therapists offer travel sessions.
By agreeing to these terms you consent to receive text messages and emails regarding scheduling, payments, and appointment management.
You may transfer banked membership years, cover charges, Diamond Gift Certificates, Treatment Upgrade credits, and Holder Credits to another Vitaliteit client. Transfers are coordinated through Vitaliteit administration (text or email) and are processed manually after both parties confirm in writing.
Transferred credits carry the original cost basis — you may not retain a refund value for transferred credits, and the recipient assumes the credits at the price you paid. Transfers are final and cannot be reversed once both parties have accepted.
Daily transfer caps apply to prevent abuse. Recipients on the Stringent Booking List cannot receive transfers.
