What a Treatment Upgrade Is

A Treatment Upgrade is a pre-purchased credit redeemable for one add-on therapy during a regular massage at Vitaliteit Massage. Each credit equals one redemption. Multiple credits may be redeemed within a single session.

A Treatment Upgrade may also be used to extend session length in one specific case only: extending a 60-minute Groupon session to 90 minutes. See the next section for full details.

Purchase one or more Treatment Upgrades to enhance your session with:

• Hot Stone
• Stretching
• Cupping
• Deep Tissue (focused, slow-pressure work on chronic tension and deeper muscle layers)
• Essential Oil Raindrop (standalone aromatherapy is always complimentary; the Raindrop technique itself is the upgrade)
• Foot Scrub with Hot Towels
• Hot Towel Serenity (treatment on feet, hands, and face)
• Percussion Treatment — coming soon when a new percussion gun is acquired

Duration Extension — Groupon 60-Minute Sessions Only

Only a 60-minute Groupon session is eligible to be extended to a 90-minute session using a Treatment Upgrade. No other booking type may use a Treatment Upgrade to add time to a session.

The following are not eligible for duration extension under any circumstance:

• Full-price 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions
• Membership sessions
• Diamond Gift Certificate (DGC) sessions
• 90-minute or 120-minute Groupon sessions
• Any other promotional or third-party voucher session

Pricing & eligibility:

• Extensions are only available at the standalone full-price Treatment Upgrade rate of $24.99 per 30 minutes.
• The $24.99 extension fee is paid up front via PayPal at the time you confirm the booking. The booking is not created until the extension fee captures successfully.
• Credits purchased through the Treatment Upgrade Pack 10+1 Free or the Diamond Bundle apply to add-on therapies only and may not be redeemed for session extensions.
• The extra 30 minutes must fit the schedule at your chosen time. If the longer slot is not available, the extension option will not be offered and the original 60-minute Groupon session applies.

Purchase Terms

• Treatment Upgrade credits are purchased through the Vitaliteit Massage online checkout via PayPal.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire and remain on the account indefinitely.
• Credits are tied to the email address on the account they're applied to.

Gifting

Treatment Upgrade credits may be gifted at the time of purchase. At checkout, toggle "This purchase is a gift" and enter the recipient's email; the recipient will receive a 6-digit claim code by email and can redeem the credits on their own account at vitaliteitinfo.com/claim.

Gifted credits do not expire and remain pending until claimed. Once claimed, the credits belong to the recipient and the original purchaser no longer has any claim to them.

Redemption

• Credits are redeemed at the time of your massage session. Inform your therapist of any upgrades you'd like to use before the session begins.
• One credit covers one upgrade redemption. Two upgrades during one session uses two credits.
• If you do not have enough credits to cover the upgrades you request, the difference must be paid in cash, by card, or by purchasing additional credits.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Cancellation & Refunds

All Treatment Upgrade purchases are final. If a session is canceled or rescheduled, the credit balance is not affected — it remains on your account for future use.

Discounts & Bundles

The Treatment Upgrade Pack 10+1 Free and Diamond Bundle pricing reflects a multi-unit discount applied at the time of purchase. The "Free" upgrade in the 10+1 pack is non-detachable from the pack and is not separately refundable.

Pricing & Inflation

Treatment Upgrade prices increase by 1.5% each year to keep pace with the GrapeVine Therapy Program rate schedule. The next adjustment is effective April 2027 and applies to new purchases only — credits already on your account are honored at their original 1-redemption value regardless of when they were purchased.

Effective April 2027:

• Single Treatment Upgrade: $24.99 → $25.36
• Treatment Upgrade Pack 10 + 1 Free: $199.50 → $202.49
• 60-min Groupon → 90-min session extension fee: $24.99 → $25.36

Changes to These Terms

Vitaliteit Massage may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your credits. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
