I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015, and my goal has always been the same: personalized, healing experiences built on trust, care, and real results.

I specialize in therapeutic massage focused on muscle pain relief, injury recovery, and long-term wellness. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply need a space to recharge — every session is tailored to what your body needs that day.

I work from my office in West Jordan and am also available for home and office visits (travel charge applies, roughly $30 depending on distance). Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and NMT are always included.
