Booking within 72 hours
Sessions booked within 72 hours have an extra $23 late-booking fee, on top of anything else you pay. 1 Holder Credit or 1 DGC covers it instead.

What's a DGC?
A Diamond Gift Certificate. It prepays 30 minutes of massage and never expires.
What's a member session?
It needs a membership, which starts the day you pay and doesn't renew on its own.
Your visit
Check-in opens 15 minutes before you start, at vitaliteitinfo.com/checkin or on the clinic tablet. Afterwards, a tip of about $25 per hour is usual.
What are Gratuity Rewards?
DGCs, Treatment Upgrades, Holder Credits, membership, Cover Charges and a $23 late-booking fee earn 1%, or up to 6% for members. Deposits, dues and tips don't.
Every $25 earned becomes a Gratuity Credit that covers a one-hour tip within 180 days.
If your plans change
Cancel more than 72 hours ahead and we keep nothing — except a late-booking fee, which we always keep.

Stay home and text us. We keep nothing, and the same goes if we cancel.
A late-booking fee paid in money comes back as a Holder Credit.
