A Vitaliteit Booking Account is the verified identity record we attach to all of your appointments, balances (Diamond Gift Certificates, Membership cover charges, Holder Credits, Treatment Upgrades), and contact preferences. Creating an account is required before booking any session at Vitaliteit Massage.
Your account is identified by a single primary email address. Additional email aliases may be added from your /account dashboard if you book under multiple addresses.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vitaliteit Booking Account and book sessions for yourself. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Sessions for minors must be booked by a parent or guardian under their own adult account, and the parent/guardian must be present at the session.
How we handle this information is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which you must also accept to create an account.
When you create an account we send a 6-digit verification code to your email. You must enter that code to complete sign-up. This is the only identity check we perform — there is no password by default. Your sign-in method is email + one-time code each time you visit /account.
An optional password feature may be added to your account in the future. Until then, anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in.
Your account is governed by the cancellation and forfeit rules of the product used to pay for each session:
In all cases, cancellations made within 72 hours of session start or no-shows result in a flat forfeit of 1 DGC, 1 cover charge, or the Groupon voucher's redemption status, regardless of session length.
If you have booked with Vitaliteit Massage before this account requirement took effect, your past appointments, DGC balance, Membership status, and Holder Credits are still tied to your email address and will automatically appear on your new account once you verify it.
No action other than completing the email verification and accepting these terms is needed to claim your existing history.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing frontdesk@vitaliteitinfo.com. Deletion removes your contact information from active records; appointment and payment records may be retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law.
Vitaliteit Massage may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, repeatedly no-show, or engage in fraudulent activity (e.g. Groupon voucher fraud, chargeback abuse). Termination does not waive any outstanding session payment obligations.
At sign-up you may opt in to receive occasional marketing emails (promotions, new service announcements, seasonal offers). Booking confirmations, OTP codes, and other transactional emails are sent regardless of this preference because they are required to operate your account.
You may change your marketing-email preference at any time from your /account dashboard or by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
Vitaliteit Massage may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be surfaced the next time you book — you'll be asked to review and re-accept the updated version before completing your next appointment. Past acceptances are preserved with their version number and date.
