72-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reschedules 72+ hours before your appointment cost you nothing. Within 72 hours, 1 DGC is used up as compensation to your therapist. A late-booking fee already paid is not returned either way — unless you are unwell, in which case we put it back on your account as a Holder Credit.
