When you're ready for a session, pay the $14.99 cover charge via PayPal. This holds your appointment and is applied toward your session total.
Book online at this site or text Kodi directly at (801) 448-6850. You'll receive location details, parking instructions, and building entry info before your visit.
After your session, pay the $40.00 in post-session dues directly to your massage therapist. Want a longer session? Book 90 or 120 minutes and cover the extra time with Diamond Gift Certificates — 1 per additional 30 minutes. The $40.00 dues stay the same.

Locks in your discounted session rate of $54.99 per 60-minute session for 12 months. It also includes 21% off every Diamond Gift Certificate, access to member-only products (the Diamond Bundle, Treatment Upgrade packs and Holder Credit packs), a higher Gratuity Rewards rate, member pricing for one named companion, and a new-member welcome gift — your choice of one Holder Credit or one Gratuity Credit. Rate increases 1.5% annually.

Pay Cover ChargeCancellations and reschedules with 72+ hours notice cost you nothing. Within 72 hours — or if you don't show — 1 cover charge is forfeited from your balance as compensation to your therapist for the held time slot. That is the only thing you lose. Check-in at vitaliteitinfo.com/checkin is required at each session; if you have not checked in within an hour of your start time we may record a no-show, and we always review it before anything is forfeited. If you are unwell, tell us and we will move your appointment with no forfeit, whatever notice you can give. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may mean booking by text only with payment in full at booking. Full details are in Sections 5, 7 and 11 of our Terms of Service.
