When you're ready for a session, pay the $14.99 cover charge via PayPal. This holds your appointment and is applied toward your session total.
Book online at this site or text Kodi directly at (801) 448-6850. You'll receive location details, parking instructions, and building entry info before your visit.
After your 60-minute session, pay the remaining $40.00 directly to your massage therapist. Longer sessions are arranged directly with your massage therapist at separate rates.

Pay Cover ChargeCancellations and reschedules with 72+ hours notice receive a full refund of your $14.99 cover charge. Within 72 hours — or if you don't show — the cover charge is passed to your scheduled therapist and 1 cover charge credit is deducted from your account balance. Check-in at vitaliteitinfo.com/checkin is required at each session; arrivals more than 15 minutes late are marked as no-shows. Repeated no-shows may place you on the Stringent Booking List (text-only booking, full payment upfront). Full details are in the membership agreement you'll sign at signup.
